Frozen Cassette

Frozen Cassette is a podcast focused on creative community, culture, and societal critique.

I was tasked with creating a visual identity that could capture this vision and translate it into a cohesive system.

From the start, the direction centered around expressing creativity and cultural relevance in a way that felt modern and accessible.

I approached the identity with a Gen Z pop aesthetic bold, vibrant, and expressive, but still structured enough to remain clear and usable.

The visual system was built around strong, energetic colors like blue, pink, lemon green, and indigo purple. These were used across layouts, accents, and typography to create a dynamic identity.

Typography played a grounding role.

I used Boldonse for strong expression, paired with Inter for clarity. This balance helped control the energy while maintaining readability.

The system extended into a full style guide logos, mockups, posters, and podcast covers ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

The response from the team was extremely positive. They immediately aligned with the direction and approved it without hesitation.

This project reinforced something important:

A strong identity is not just visual it's a shared language that reflects the culture and energy of the people it represents.
