CareerRoc is a full-stack web application that uses AI to generate personalized career roadmaps. The platform analyzes a user's current skills and interests, then produces a structured learning path with curated resources to help them reach their career goals.
The biggest challenge was designing an AI experience that felt human and encouraging rather than cold and algorithmic. Career exploration is deeply emotional — people are often anxious or unsure — so every interaction needed to feel supportive and clear.
I built a step-by-step onboarding flow that gathers context gently, then presents AI-generated paths in a visual, scannable format. Each roadmap is broken into milestones with estimated timeframes and curated resources, making intimidating career decisions feel achievable.
